Step 1: Arrange the Base
- Place papdis on a plate (4–5 per serving).
- Add chopped boiled potatoes and chickpeas on top.
Step 2: Add Flavors
- Spoon whisked curd generously over the papdi.
- Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney.
Step 3: Sprinkle Spices
- Add Kumbh chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and black salt.
Step 4: Garnish
- Top with sev, onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and pomegranate seeds.
