
Shahi Paneer Recipe
Here is a rich, creamy, and restaurant-style Shahi Paneer Recipe — a royal North Indian paneer curry made with aromatic spices, nuts, and cream.

Step 1: Prepare Base
- Boil onions, tomatoes, and cashews together in 1 cup water for 8–10 mins.
- Cool and blend to a smooth paste.
Step 2: Cook Gravy
- Heat butter/ghee in a pan. Add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for 1 min.
- Add the blended paste and cook until oil begins to separate.
- Add Kumbh Shahi Paneer Masala, salt, and sugar. Cook for 2–3 mins.
Step 3: Add Paneer
- Add paneer cubes and stir gently.
- Pour in milk or water to adjust consistency.
- Simmer for 5–6 minutes on low heat.
Step 4: Finish
- Add cream and garam masala (if using).
- Mix gently and turn off the flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.

For extra richness, add 1 tbsp khoya (mawa) to the gravy.
