
Dabeli Pav Recipe (Kutchi Street Style)
Here’s a street-style Dabeli Pav Recipe — a spicy, tangy, sweet mashed potato filling stuffed in ladi pav, garnished with sev, chutneys, pomegranate, and made irresistible with Kumbh Dabeli Masala.

Step 1: Prepare Dabeli Filling
- Heat oil or butter in a pan.
- Add Kumbh Dabeli Masala, stir for a few seconds.
- Add mashed potatoes, tamarind chutney, salt, and water.
- Mix well and cook for 3–4 minutes until smooth.
- Let it cool and set aside.
Step 2: Assemble the Dabeli Pav
- Slice pav horizontally but not completely (keep hinged).
- Spread green chutney on one side, tamarind chutney on the other.
- Stuff 2–3 tbsp of the potato filling into the pav.
- Add chopped onions, peanuts, pomegranate, and sev inside.
Step 3: Toast and Serve
- Heat a tawa with some butter.
- Place stuffed pav and toast on both sides till crisp and golden.
- Serve hot with extra sev and chutney on the side.
