Flax Seeds

Flax Seeds are small brown ish seeds that can a lso be used as a substitute for eggs. Flax seeds can be grinded as needed and add to yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, smooth ies, casseroles, and
baked goods. Flax seeds can be soaked in water before use. Soak seeds for 10 m inutes in warm water before eating.
